Platform partitioning code encountered an error. This SRC
represents a large number of possible problems, most of
which involve the platform Licensed Internal Code (LIC).

Work any error logs found in the Serviceable Event View. 
If this fails to correct the problem, or if there are no
other errors, contact your next level of support.
