Generate a platform dump or a non-disruptive hypervisor resource dump and contact the next level of support.
Problem determination
Look in the serviceable event log for errors from around the same time as this event and follow the recovery actions for these errors. If there are no errors in the serviceable event log, continue with the next FRU in the callout list.
