Error trying to use the Disk File Controller to get the full path for the file that the "IML Log Manager" entries for IML Tracking Required MCLs and completed IMLs are stored in. The DFC class threw an HException, so an error was logged with that exception embedded in it. The error was then rethrown upward to the calling code.
