About this task

The storage enclosure midplane and storage enclosure RAID controller card FRUs for this storage enclosure (2107.D03) are different from the FRUs for the server version (feature 5888 or EDR1, for example). These FRUs are not interchangeable.

Procedure

  1. Ensure that you have the correct FRU for the DS8000 series of this storage enclosure and retry the repair.
  2. If the problem continues after using the correct FRU, contact your next level of support.
