MAP4F00 Warmstart or quickstart occurred

A warmstart or quickstart of an LPAR has occurred. The next level of support may need one or more dumps off-loaded to analyze the cause. If more than one warmstart has occurred for this LPAR, they will all be reported by the same serviceable event.

Procedure

  1. Contact your next level of support to determine if they want you to offload and send any dump files.
  2. Offload files associated with this serviceable event.
    1. From the navigation area, click Service Management.
    2. In the right work area, click Manage Serviceable Events. A window opens and displays a list of selection criteria.
    3. You can use the default criteria or modify the criteria for your needs. Click OK. The Serviceable Event Overview window opens.
    4. Select the Problem number for the serviceable event that sent you here. From the Selected drop-down list, click Manage Problem Data.
      A window opens and displays the files available for offload.
    5. Select one or more files as directed by the next level of support. You can use the Shift key to select multiple files.
    6. Select the offload method as directed by the next level of support.
