Removing right side cover from the storage facility

Procedure

Remove the right side cover (viewed from the front) from the storage facility.
For example, if you are installing Rack-3, remove the right side cover from Rack-2. See Figure 1.
1. Remove the two screws near the top of the cover.
  
  Note: Retain the screws. They will be used to secure the cover to the last expansion rack.
2. Carefully lift the cover away from the rack and set aside.

Remove the six round dual-lock fasteners from the right side of the storage facility.
Notes:
1. The fasteners must be removed to correctly fasten the racks together. Retain the dual-lock fasteners and screws for later use.
2. Some configurations might have only four dual-lock fasteners.
Note the bracket that the right side cover was resting on. Remove the bracket from the right side of the rack. Retain the bracket and the three screws for use on the last expansion rack.
If you are installing an expansion rack with extension hardware, remove the extension panel cover from the right side of the storage facility. See Figure 2.
