		Explanation
 I/O adapter card error

		Response
 Display the Service Action Log entry for this SRC.  If
the Failing Item indicates I/O adapter, then replace the I/O
adapter.  If the Failing Item indicates SVCDOCS, then do NOT
replace the I/O adapter.  This is a recoverable error. 
Perform the following for the I/O processor that the I/O
adapter is attached to:

1. If the I/O Processor is not operable and disk units
are attached, use Hardware Service Manager to re-IPL the
IOP.  Other resources attached to the IOP may then need to
be Varied On.

2. If disk units are not attached, perform the VRYCFG
RESET(*YES) command to reset the IOP and Vary On attached
resources.
