A problem occurred during the IPL of a partition.Response
The partition could not IPL. The partition ID is in extended word one as LP=xxx in decimal format. An operating system MSD IPL was attempted with the IPL side on D-mode. This is not a valid operating system IPL scenario, and the IPL will be halted. This SRC is usually seen when a D-mode SLIC install fails and attempts an MSD.Problem determination
