Before you begin
Note: Storage complex repair actions must always be managed from the management console. To replace any FRUs identified in this
procedure, use . If the FRUs are listed in
this or another Serviceable Event, select them from there.
Procedure
- Before replacing any field replaceable units (FRUs), verify that
all cables are seated correctly.

Use the following tables to determine the failing fan. Then, see Location codes in serviceable events and Exchanging parts.
Note: If no serviceable event shows a FRU part number at the same location as this symbolic FRU,
refer to the Parts Catalog for the part number of the affected fan.
