Explanation
An attempt to migrate a vTPM enabled LPAR has been blocked because the vTPM failed to confirm in a reasonable amount of time that it is operating with the current trusted system key.
Response
An LPADUMP will be required for investigation. Two options exist if migration is still required. 1. Reboot the LPAR , the vTPM will restart and should clear this error. 2. Delete the vTPM from the LPAR configuration.
Problem determination
An emergency workaround is to delete the VTPM from the LPAR configuration. That should allow migration but may leave any LPAR processes dependent on VTPM in a bad state. The PowerSC features will be lost.
